David was the AC Technician that Kahl AC sent to my house. He came out the same day I called and was courteous,professional and was extremely knowledgeable about AC units. He eased my concerns right away when he suspected it was the capacitor and he let me know that he had one with him,after a brief test it was indeed the capacitor,then he showed me what was wrong with my bad one. Within 30 minutes he had my AC unit running again. I will definitely use Kahl AC again for any future service.
