Although the receptionist stated they never received the message we left the previous night from the answering service, she was able to fit us in for a service appointment later that afternoon. Austin came out to check our a/c after it started making a strange popping sound right before each start-up. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part replaced within 10 mins. He also cleaned the unit and replaced our filters inside to ensure we were ready for the upcoming Texas summer. Extremely pleased with Kahl’s Customer Service, rates were reasonable, and technician was knowledgeable & friendly. Would highly recommend this business to all our friends and neighbors!
