Our fan froze up and the air conditioner would no longer cool. I called for service in the morning and they showed up that afternoon . They were going to replace the fan but they gave me such a good price on replacing the old out side unit that we opted to replaced the whole unit.They went that day and got the replacement and had it in that evening. I was very pleased with there professionalism and responsiveness.
