Called on a Sunday afternoon and talked to an actual person (Dalton) to set up an appointment for Monday for a whining squirrel cage that wound up blowing out in the middle of the night anyway. Not only did he call back but got us on the schedule the next day to fit around our schedule and searched for our part so that our a/c was fixed the same day and super fast. Can’t say enough about their service and honesty and it didn’t cost me a fortune either.
