David with Kahl AC, one of the technicians was very friendly and professional as well as explained everything he was doing and why. I feel he was very honest with his opinion about my households specific situation with our AC. At no point during the service call did he replace or do something without either saying what his reasoning was behind it or without getting my consent, especially if it increased the possible cost of the service call. I would recommend him and Kahl AC to anyone.
P.S. I was referred to Kahl AC by my mother who just recently had a full outside unit replacement and some other AC work done, she was also pleased with their work which is why she referred them to me.
