James is the owner of Kahl AC, along with his wife, Misty. He has over 30 years of HVAC experience. He cherishes spending quality time with his family. In his spare time, he has a passion for saltwater fishing and hunting. During crawfish season, you can bet he is thinking about them, planning a backyard boil or cooking them up with all of the fixings! He is a huge Astros fan. His Dad passed down his love for the Miami Dolphins as well.

Alex Kahl, the son of James and Misty Kahl, has worked alongside his father since he was 17 years old. He brings a level of experience and expertise to each installation that is over and above what most younger installers possess. Alex enjoys playing guitar, riding his dirt bike and spending time with his beautiful wife, Kayla.

Brittany Kahl, she is over human resources/accounting. She is the daughter of James and Misty Kahl (the owners). She has been with Kahl AC for 4 years. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and drawing.
Pam Sager
Lisa Hampton
Lisa is our Accountant (Controller) and comes to us with a Bachelor’s degree in business management and accounting, as well as over 20 years of accounting experience in construction and HVAC industries. Lisa joined our team in 2022, is a Navy veteran, mother of three and grandmother of five. She enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, watching her youngest son play football, gardening and bingo.
Meagan Jacobs
Meagan is one of our dispatchers here at Kahl AC. She joined our team in 2023 and is enjoying learning all about the HVAC field. When she’s not working, she dedicates her time to her son and loves spending time with family and friends.
