Called on a Sunday afternoon and talked to an actual person (Dalton) to set up an appointment for Monday for a whining squirrel cage that wound up blowing out in the middle of the night anyway. Not only did he call back but got us on the schedule the next day to fit around our schedule and searched for our part so that our a/c was fixed the same day and super fast. Can’t say enough about their service and honesty and it didn’t cost me a fortune either.

I have used their services over the years for (replacing home AC, maintenance, installing smart thermostats, and installing ductless mini split systems). The techs are all highly skilled and professional. So many of us had pretty bad weather last week. Heaters breaking, water pipes bursting. After so many times of the gas turning on & off our heater decided to shut down. It took no time for our home to get really cold. It was 52 degrees in the house. My hubby spoke to David early Friday morning. David was so polite! He was at our home working on our unit. He had to leave to go get the part needed & returned promptly with the part. In no time he was out of here & our unit was up & running. Their rates are reasonable. Once again Kahl was there to help with great service, prices, and an awesome team! It is great to know there is a company out there that still looks out for the customers best interest. Tony and Jesse were our service guys this visit and have had Tony in the past as well. Let’s just say this particular job could have cost us a lot more, but because of honest technicians is why I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. I am in the service industry as well and have seen some not so honest issues arise. So if you want to have an honest opinion of work needed, don’t hesitate to call Kahl A/C!! At 11:22 PM we called with an AC issue, less than 30 min they arrived to our home! The unit was assessed and by 12:15 AM the guys were headed back home! THE BEST A/C service we have ever called on! Thanks guys so much!

Mr. Kahl just got here a few minutes ago to replace a motor on my AC/heating unit. He was here 7 hours ago to diagnose the issue. It’s 8:35 pm on a weeknight but he’s here. This company has the best customer service I’ve ever encountered!! I’m very grateful for people like them!

I was having an issue with my AC and David Pratt arrived early in the time window of my appointment. He was very professional and thorough in checking my system and diagnosing the issue. His obvious expertise was very assuring to me. I will continue to use Kahl for all my heating and air conditioning needs.

Kahl AC and Heating has always been responsive when I call for service. Their technicians (Dillon this last time) are always prompt, professional, and thorough. You can tell Kahl’s hires and trains good people. Finally, I always appreciate it when Misty Kahl follows up to make sure all went well.

As a business owner, I pride myself in customer service and I strive to find other businesses that provide the same service. My ac was old and breaking often and was in need of a new one. Dalton came and did a repair and we spoke about a new ac. Dalton was a true professional and I knew this was a great company. 4 days later it broke again and that was the last straw. Dalton came back out very quickly and got me going. I ordered my new AC and the installers came and took them about 18 hours and two days to install it. Cody, Alex, Robert, and Chris were the ones who installed the system along with some help from Dalton. I have one of the smallest attics and they were up there for two days and not one time did they get aggravated from the heat and everything the whole time was yes sir and no sir. I can’t brag enough about these guys and their respectfulness. The owners need to give these boys a raise because they were great. I will never call anyone else for my AC work and I will highly recommend them to all my business associates. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!

Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality.

Very impressed with the company that stands behind its product and workmanship. After a thorough spring check-up, I decided to replace my 16-year-old unit. Everything was done as promised, on time, and great communication. My older home and new technology created a need for some modification. I was very pleased with Tyler Vonflatern and Erik Kincaid’s work, communication, and timely manner to get things completed. My service representative, Erik Alanis, was also very good with communication. The installers were great, and everyone very good about being sure to keep things clean during the entire process. Thank you to all involved at Kahl.

Kahl AC is by far the best company I have ever used. They installed my unit and continue to service it. Every employee from first contact is wonderful. Jesse was out today and went over and above to take care of our unit. THE BEST!
