I can’t remember a time that a company went out of their way to make me a priority, lets face it when your air conditioner goes out it’s almost a hopeless feeling and everyone you call has an agenda that’s not what you wanted to hear. I can honestly say that not only did Kahl AC come to my rescue they treated me like I mattered so on a Saturday they drove 2 hours to make my family comfortable and not only was the service top-notch, but they also made it easy and affordable, I highly recommend Kahl AC Heating and Refrigeration and will only use them henceforth.

I called Kahl AC at about 9 a.m. and by 10 someone was at my door. It turned out to just be a bad thermostat The tech named Dalton fixed it in no time and the bill was much lower than I expected. Since I know nothing about AC systems they could have said it was something more expensive and I would not have known any better So they are very fair. Dalton was very respectful of my home and I would definitely want him back if more problems come up.

Kahl AC has a very professional and knowledgeable team. I am always comfortable with their employees in our home. They are respectful and on time. When I call they are able to get someone to the house in a very reasonable time frame. The quality of their work is great. Our heater was not coming on all the time due to a faulty igniter. This was replaced. They have also installed a Trane AC unit for us about a year ago. Very satisfied with both visits.

This company is great. I found out my little girl has been suffering from allergies and not a cold so the doctor suggested Indoor Air Filtration. They were quick to make an appointment and go over what the best recommendations were for what I was going to need and it’s been a month and my girl is happy and her sleeves and teddy bears are too.

I called them out to perform service on AC units that had not been checked in many years. They inspected, diagnosed, and very clearly explained what needed to be done to get everything working properly… then moved quickly to get parts and come out for installation once I have them approval for all repairs. The technicians were very good and got everything working well. They even sent the technician back out quickly to help when I thought there was an additional problem. Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing AC/Heat work!!

Came home from late lunch and the house was 80 degrees. Called Kahl”s and they got someone out there that evening. Unfortunately for me, my unit was at its life’s end (14 years). They were able to come out the next day and install my new unit. Kudos to Dalton and Alex. Both are very professional and courteous. Also, a shout-out to Misty in the office. You will not find a nicer person to deal with.

Chris and Robert arrived within the scheduled time window and began the replacement of both of my evaporator coils in the attic air handlers. Four hours after arrival, all was finished, cleaned up, and operating. Everything was explained and my questions answered very professionally. My high-tech Lennox HVAC system would not start cooling and was throwing out codes to the control thermostat that indicated a problem with the DC inverter circuit board. David came to my house promptly and diagnosed the problem. Fortunately, he found that the part was still under warranty and obtained a replacement from Lennox the next day. After installing the new board, the system reported that Lennox had provided the board for a smaller unit so it so it was not compatible. David had to go back to Lennox to get the proper board and reinstall it. Then it finally worked. David had to do twice the work, thanks to Lennox, but he only charged the original labor estimate for installing the board once. On top of that, he noticed a picture of me in uniform and then offered me a 10% military discount! I have worked with several HVAC companies in the past and Kahl AC is by far the most honest, reliable, and responsive company I have ever worked with!
