Kahl AC are my heroes. My AC went wacko at 4:30and my inside temp soared to 87 degrees inside my home. I called Kahl and Misty said she would get someone to me ASAP(we all know what that means right….lol) Well she did in fact get someone to me within the hour. Austin who is my regular system maintenance guy showed up and within a few minutes diagnosed. the problem and had me up and running again in no time It was such a pleasure dealing with a company that cares about its customers and is reliable. It’s nice that a locally owned company treats you more like a neighbor than a customer. Austin you rock!

Called Kahl AC to come out and give an estimate to replace our 20-year-old outside AC unit that was starting to fail. They came out the next afternoon. Very professional, and polite, and gave me a price. We decided that very night, that we wanted them to get the job. Their reputation and first impression sold me. Their price was very reasonable. While installing the outside unit, they discovered the coil upstairs was going out. He called to check on the warranty, 2 days left…whew, that was close. He brought the new coil the next day and got us up and going. Needless to say, our home is now cool and the unit is whisper quiet. I would recommend him to anyone and with a 10 rating….excellent. He will be the only one to service our units twice a year from now on. A great big thank you from Mr. & Mrs. Barton.

Kahl AC installed a new Heating and air conditioning system in my home about a month ago and did an outstanding job on everything. Everyone has been professional and courteous. The system is working great. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors!

This is 3rd time using Kahl AC, Heat & Refrigeration. They have done repairs past couple of years for myself and I’ve told my neighbors about them and they also have started using Kahl. James and Misty Kahl (Owners) with their employees have provided great service with quick repair at great prices. For this event I would like to give special recognition for Kahl’s Dalton; who dealt with the weather and travel conditions to quickly make repairs. Repair 2/16/2021 during the devasting winter storm and freeze for Texas. With temps below freezing for days and electricity brownouts for many hours. Many with burst water pipes, and dangerous living conditions. All this while they also were dealing with their own homes issues; still came to the aid of their neighbors. Heat strips in my heating unit were damaged not providing heat, no firewood available anywhere for the fireplace or even heaters, even if electricity did turn on. I contacted James & Misty who provided someone to repair it. Keep in mind those within the entire area experiencing problems; Kahl and their employees still arranged to provide repairs that day in advance of another night extreme freeze. James, Misty, and Dalton, many thanks and appreciation for your help and concern for your neighbors.

Although the receptionist stated they never received the message we left the previous night from the answering service, she was able to fit us in for a service appointment later that afternoon. Austin came out to check our AC after it started making a strange popping sound right before each start-up. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part replaced within 10 mins. He also cleaned the unit and replaced our filters inside to ensure we were ready for the upcoming Texas summer. Extremely pleased with Kahl’s Customer Service, rates were reasonable, and the technician was knowledgeable & friendly. Would highly recommend this business to all our friends and neighbors!

Called Kahl AC and told him it was 85 in my house and my infant was sweating along with myself. He was at my doorstep in 35 mins and fixed the problem ( our condenser) in less than 7 mins!!! He was great, quick, easy, and friendly! Thank you all!

Had a great experience working with David Pratt. He is very knowledgeable and professional. David replaced our compressor that was under warranty and cleared the drain in the attic. I would recommend him to friends and will call him for future repairs when needed.
