This was the second time we used Kahl with a great service visit once again. When your air conditioning goes out in August in Texas, you want a company that responds quickly! AC went out Sunday afternoon, called Monday at 8 a.m. on the dot, and the service guy, David, was there by 1130 a.m. Always quick and reliable service and local to Montgomery. Great company!!

David was the AC Technician that Kahl AC sent to my house. He came out the same day I called and was courteous, professional, and was extremely knowledgeable about AC units. He eased my concerns right away when he suspected it was the capacitor and he let me know that he had one with him, after a brief test it was indeed the capacitor, then he showed me what was wrong with my bad one. Within 30 minutes he had my AC unit running again. I will definitely use Kahl AC again for any future service.

The service and professionalism at Kahl is the BEST! They are fast to answer AND come out, reliable, HONEST, and trustworthy. I have dealt several times with Dalton and Austin. It doesn’t get better than these guys! I had an issue tonight and called Dalton. He had Austin at home in 20 minutes and Austin was great!! I’ll never use another company!

After another exhausting day of cleaning up after Hurricane Harvey flooded our bottom floor, we retreated to our loft above the garage to find the air conditioner was not working. Kahl AC came to our rescue within a few hours we were fixed & able to be comfortable to refresh for another day of cleanup work. It was so appreciated! Great job!

Kahl AC is the epitome of what every company should strive to be!! They go above and beyond every single time! They are always quick to get someone out to help us, and Misty always follows up to make sure we have been taken care of. We had an issue that decided to take a couple of days (and 2 service calls) to fully come to light, but they were extremely fair with charges. Every small business should take note and aim to be as customer-oriented as they are! I will recommend them to everyone I know, and we will never use another AC company again!

Top-notch service firm! Three appointments required to handle the job and they were on time for each. The diagnosis was precise and the owner sent his son out on a Saturday to put a band-aid in until my parts arrived. Kahl AC came in and fixed what the other company had not completed. We replaced out the whole unit last year but it was not working properly and my bill was still high. I called them in and they fixed everything perfectly. Alex and Ethan were very polite and respectful young men. They handled themselves in a professional in experienced manner. Being Quick and efficient. When James was there to look at the unit, there was a wire that was overheating because it was not connected properly. He connected this on that visit at no cost. I would and have recommended Kahl heating to friends and other members of my church. Very reasonable also.

Our fan froze up and the air conditioner would no longer cool. I called for service in the morning and they showed up that afternoon. They were going to replace the fan but they gave me such a good price on replacing the old outside unit that we opted to replace the whole unit. They went that day and got the replacement and had it in that evening. I was very pleased with their professionalism and responsiveness.
